Dayanand Chanan Lal Senior Secondary  School, a very valuable gift to the town by Late Sh. Chanan Lalji Ahuja, has passed through many phases during past over 50 years. During all these phases the teaching staff, & all the Principals, during their respective tenures, have remained dedicated to the cause of education of the students. Their dedication has shown excellent results as many students from this school have made successful careers as doctors, engineers, businessmen, etc.

The globalization & the information technology has put a much greater emphasis on learning of English as a language & as medium of instruction,To remain in step with these changes the teaching staff of this school is also getting into this mode.

It is an accepted fact that 40% of a child’s education comes from the teacher & 60% from parents. Whereas the teachers of this school continue to remain dedictd to impart good education to their students the parents should also remain alive to this cause of their children.
